Moist bites of mint-flavored cake (green, of course!) dipped in a shell of semi-sweet chocolate and topped with a vanilla drizzle. Served on a lollipop stick for easy enjoyment!

St. Patrick's Day is coming! Celebrate the Wearing o' the Green with Red Velvet Armadillo's Luck Of the Irish Cupcakes (chocolate laced with Guiness and a hint of Irish whiskey, topped with buttercream), or Shamrock Cake Pops (Vanilla bites of cake, tinted green and flavored with mint, dipped in chocolate, drizzled with green and served on a stick.
