Casino Cake

N commissioned this casino-themed cake for her 30th birthday party, a Vegas-style murder mystery.

The top layer is an 8" chocolate round, filled with ganache, and the bottom is a 10" chocolate chip square, also filled with ganache. The whole cake was decorated with fondant trim.

Bridal Shower Cookies

K ordered these pretty pink and seafoam green cut out cookies in the shapes of hearts and wedding cakes for her cousin's bridal shower this weekend.

Sweet cookies topped with glossy royal icing in the wedding colors make the perfect treat.

Small Cannoli Birthday Cake

Absolutely delicious, and at 6", the perfect size for a small party.

Moist yellow cake, flavored with just a touch of almond, forms layers, stuffed with thick cannoli filling and mini chocolate chips. A shiny, semisweet chocolate ganache drizzles down the sides, as the perfect topping. ($15/cake).
